In the film industry, location management is often a fragmented and inefficient process. The challenge for LocFilm was to create a functional prototype of a web app that would centralize this task. The vision was to build a platform that would serve as an "Airbnb for locations," where production professionals could search for, manage, and rent filming spaces in an intuitive way, thereby solving a recurring industry problem.

Our Approach

This project was part of my journey in Platzi Master, a high-level program that pushed me to create solutions from scratch. My approach was to design and develop a prototype that would demonstrate the concept's viability. I took on the entire UX/UI, creating a clean and intuitive interface where every interaction felt fluid. The development was done with React, which allowed me to build a robust and modern web application from its foundations.

The Solution

The result is a prototype that validates the idea of a location management platform. LocFilm is a proof-of-concept that demonstrates how technology can simplify complex industry processes. The project is not only an example of my skills in design and development with React but also represents a milestone in my professional career, confirming my ability to bring functional and disruptive ideas to life.
